Learn Foundation Paper Piecing with this detailed How-To Guide! Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP) is a very unique quilt piecing method. This technique uses paper as a foundation to stabilize the quilt block as it is constructed. It is used to achieve precise, small and detailed piecing, and specific or unusual shapes that cannot always be achieved through traditional piecing. Choose to make either a pillow or table runner as you learn the process of FPP with 6-1/2” blocks. Difficulty: Intermediate. Experience with rotary cutting and ¼” piecing are a must.
