Hi all!
Hope you are enjoying these first few days of Fall. Lovely here in Kansas, so far.
For me this week was particularly fast. I almost forgot to write this newsletter!
Our annual CENTRAL KANSAS QUILT SHOP HOP starts in 6 days! Next week Thursday through Saturday, we'll be open 9 am to 8 pm, and on SUNDAY Oct 3 we'll be here 11 am to 4 pm. This is rare, so even if you aren't "hopping", you might want to take advantage of a quiet afternoon to browse the fabrics, etc.
First time HOPPING? Be sure to ask for your special button at the first shop, when you pick up your passport!
After the first weekend, the Shop Hop continues for 6 more days, wrapping up Saturday afternoon Oct 9. You'll be eligible for the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING of more than $500 in Martelli goodies when you visit all 9 shops. But you'll be eligible for our store GIFT BASKET if you enter just once. So don't forget to stop in and see us during this time.

Block kits are cut, and ready for next week. Just $7.99 this year. You'll need all 9 to complete my quilt. As I said earlier, we have had a fast week, with lots of NEW PRODUCT in the store. Including PRE-CUTS & YARDAGE of DIAMOND DOTS by Wilmington. This stuff is quite fun. It is a print, yet will blend well with batik too. For some reason, I keep thinking about T-SHIRT QUILTS when I look at this fabric. Just because of all the colors?
We also received the entire collection of KAFFE'S SHOT COTTON, but that's for another newsletter. Stay tuned. ;)
