Happy December! Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving weekend. We saw lots of you in the store, including some of our "once a year" customers. It was good to see and hear your stories of the past year, and glad to see you travelling again. Many changes, yet still lots to be thankful for.
Meanwhile, get ready to say "hello 2022!" For us that means lots of planning.

This coming year we'll use C&T Publishing's QUILT BUILDER CARD DECK.
This handy, fun "deck" includes patterns for 40 blocks, in multiple sizes, plus 8 quilt layouts.
The first SECOND SATURDAY in 2022 is January 8th.
Enroll before then, and we'll have your first block kit ready!
- Enrollment fee $10 (non-refundable)
- Purchase of Quilt Builder Card Deck $14.99 (each person must have their own set)
- Select from 3 colorways: Shades of Purple, Amish Sunset, Morris Bungalow
- Purchase fabric to be used as the background in each block
- Monthly block kits will include 2 to 5 fabrics needed to make a 12" finished block ($2.50 month of issue, $5 each later)

Join Mary in a Kim Diehl Stitch Along, as you make this beautiful new quilt, RIVERSIDE KNOLL, designed by Kim Diehl.
This quilt uses Kim's newest fabric line, RIGHT AS RAIN, which is scheduled to arrive soon. We will start cutting kits as soon as it hits the store.
Pre-order now. Full kit for quilt which will finish approx. 62 x 62 inches. All fabrics from Kim Diehl's Right As Rain collection, as shown, from Henry Glass Fabrics. We'll get it on the web when it is actually in the store.

PS - Well, I gave you guys a chance, but now we've got a new kitty living with us. She's provided running commentary while I've been writing. Lots of deep sighs, grumbles, and even an occassional "meow". LOL
We're still working on a permanent name. She's doing fine. I can't say the same for "the boys". They are rather put out at being displaced from my "right hand"!
