Hi all!
I just finished my version of SUBURBS, from Cluck, Cluck Sew. I'm calling it BEACH CABANAS, and I used cheerful sunflower fabrics - SOLANA, from Robin Pickens for Moda.
Then grab a CUTTING CORNERS RULER and you'll be able to wiz through this even faster! I stacked the fabric and trimmed away the steep roof, then attached a replacement triangle cut from the background fabric. Faster and more efficient than sewing corner to corner and throwing away the part you cut off!
I'll even include my tips for cutting the fabric with the flowers all going the right way when you buy the fat quarters for this project!
Isn't this a cool all-over quilt pattern?! Remember, we do LONG-ARM QUILTING, edge-to-edge, right here in the store. Bring in that finished top and let us help you turn it into a quilt!
